I have always had a love of cakes and baking! 

 

But it was when I left my Costume job in a West end London Theatre that I became Vegan and started baking every day.

​

 My partner was still able to work outside so he used to take my bakes in for all his colleagues to try, and they absolutely loved them. It has taken two years to perfect my recipes and create delicious sponge and buttercream that is plant based and you can't even tell the difference!

 

It is my favourite thing to create something really tasty and to be able to brighten up someones day with cake.

 

I truly believe that life is precious and we deserve to have treats in our life, this isn't just about any cake you can buy at the shops; I want to make the experience of choosing your cake special, and create something that is unique to you.  This is my mission to make a cake that is memorable and you will love in every way. ​
